Martial Arts and Police Work -- the Internal Fighting Arts Podcast Interview with Sgt. Aaron Leisinger

Aaron-Ken-Dan2
(L-R) Aaron Leisinger, Ken Gullette and Dan Gray around 2003

Two weeks ago, I met with two friends to talk martial arts and compare notes -- Aaron Leisinger and John Morrow.

I have competed against both of them in tournaments.

We compared martial notes and I wanted to see and hear what Aaron has discovered is effective as a police officer facing real-world violence. He trains fellow officers in defensive and combative techniques and strategies to resolve situations as quickly and peacefully as possible.

I was so interested in our discussion and his work, I thought it would make a great podcast interview. I was right.

Here is the 79th edition of my Internal Fighting Arts podcast. You can listen to it here or download it. You can also find it on Spotify and other podcast distributors.
